The NLP Leadership Summit brings together NLP Trainers, Developers, Researchers, Authors, Coaches, and Leaders from around the world for three days of conversation, connection, collaboration, and exploration.
This is not a traditional conference.
There are no keynote speakers.
No formal presentations.
No one person standing at the front of the room with all the answers.
Instead…
There are conversations.
Conversations about where NLP has been, where it is today, and where it can go in the future.
A Different Kind of Gathering
Since 2012, the NLP Leadership Summit has provided a unique space where people from different countries, backgrounds, associations, and approaches to NLP come together.
Not to compete.
To collaborate.
We gather to ask meaningful questions:
✨ How do we continue evolving NLP?
✨ What have we learned from decades of training, coaching, and applying NLP?
✨ How do we maintain quality and ethics in the field?
✨ How do we support future generations of NLP Trainers?
✨ What wisdom do we want to pass forward?
The agenda is intentionally flexible because the people in the room create the Summit.
What Happens at the Meeting?
Each day we gather as a group to explore topics relevant to NLP today and into the future.
Facilitators introduce themes, questions, and discussion points. Sometimes we meet as a full group. Sometimes we move into smaller conversations to explore ideas more deeply.
Previous conversations have included:

• What NLP is and what it isn’t
• Training standards and ethics
• Global collaboration between NLP organisations
• Research and credibility
• The changing landscape of learning and education
• How we teach and evolve NLP

Alicante Airport (ALC) is approximately 15 minutes from the hotel by taxi.
🚆 By Train
The high-speed train from Madrid to Alicante takes approximately 2 hours 20 minutes.
Alicante Terminal train station is less than 1km from the hotel.
